Can you help me remotely if I don't have internet access?Maybe. Your computer would have to have internet access for us to use our remote control system. Now we could help you over the phone, without access to your computer directly, but you would have be able and willing to follow our technician's directions and explain to them what you are seeing on the screen. Otherwise, our option is to schedule a technician to come to your place to resolve your issues.
