Our Managed Maintenance Support Services are designed for companies that desire for the ongoing supervision and preventative maintenance of their company network. The proactive approach to system maintenance helps to ensure that your equipment has the latest patches and updates to your systems. Each computer added to a companies inventory also adds 1 hour of support to the 'Bank" of pre-paid hours a company can use on support tickets.
Managed Maintenance Support Service Rates*:
$49.00 per computer workstation per month*
$99.00 per member server (file server, print server)*
$149.00 per domain controller or application server (DC, Exchange, SQL)*
What's included (per workstation)
Monthly remote inspection of workstation for any required updates to operating system and/or anti virus and installation of those updates.
Monthly remote inspection of most recent anti virus log for signs of infection or trouble alerts.
Monthly remote inspection of installed applications to ensure only company approved software is resident.
(1) hour of support time added to the companies Pre-Paid Support Hours Bank to resolve any issues on the computer either found or reported.
What's not included
Hardware repair diagnostic and parts fees
Trip fees for support calls requiring on site service
Support fees for time spent after allotted Support Hours Bank time has been exhausted.
Changes to the Schema, infrastructure or design of the existing network.
