Remote Support Services


Whether you are looking for a tech to help you with a single problem or need a resource to be available to you over a period of time, Minuteman has a program to help.

Minuteman Tech’s Remote Support system allows you to give us permission to fix your computer right over the phone. You get to see what we are doing as we remote control your computer screen and solve your problems.

To start a session, first call our office (407-583-6800 or 1-866-446-0029) and ask to be connected to a remote technician. You will be asked some basic information about the problem you are having and billing information will be collected and then you will be transferred to a remote support technician.

Once you have a Technician on the phone, click on the “Start Session” button below to start your remote session. A small temporary file will download to your computer and ask you if it is OK to run or save this file. Select “Run” and our technician will be there on your screen in moments to help you.

Remote Support Rates*:
Single Incident Events
$5.00 Connection Charge
$30 per half hour (minimum charge is $35.00)

Remote Managed Services
$49.00 per computer per month - 3 month minimum (discounts available for multiple systems)
Available Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM or after hours on advanced notice.

*The computer being serviced will have to be able to access the internet for remote support. RMS is billed every three months and automatically renews unless cancelled prior to the beginning of the next service period. If repairs require a tech to visit your site for hardware issues, those charges are billed separately from the remote support charges.
