Regular Managed services are available from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday.

RMS is billed every three months and automatically renews unless cancelled prior to the beginning of the next service period. If repairs require a tech to visit your site for hardware issues, those charges are billed separately from the remote support charges.

Our technicians come to your site, unbox your new computer, keyboard and mouse (and new monitor and speakers if applicable) and connect everything correctly. If you have high speed internet access, we'll also make sure that you are online and install all Operating System updates to your computer. If this computer is replacing an older one - we'll disconnect the old system and help you move it aside. Our technician will also give you a brief tour of all the features of your new equipment (tutorials available for an additional fee)

We will connect the wireless router to your existing internet service, make sure that the router has the latest version of firmware (updates from the manufacturer), enable wireless encryption to protect your data and connect up to 2 wireless devices (like a laptop and a wireless printer) to the new router. Service available for both Mac and PC (all hardware provided by customer. Wireless devices must already support wireless connections)
